Terms and Conditions for SuiteAnalyzer

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SuiteAnalyzer application ("App"). Please read and review them carefully.

1. Overview of the Service

SuiteAnalyzer is a desktop software application designed to analyze financial and operational reports generated by NetSuite. It leverages artificial intelligence ("AI") to generate summaries, KPIs, trends, financial ratios, and actionable insights based on provided NetSuite reports.

2. Subscription and Licensing

  • The App is licensed on a per-NetSuite instance basis. One subscription covers all users within the NetSuite instance.
  • There are no user-based fees.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly. No annual discounts are offered.
  • Trial or beta access may be granted temporarily and may include features that are subject to change.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence

The App uses AI models to analyze reports and generate financial summaries and insights.

User Acknowledgment: By using the App, you acknowledge that:

  • The analysis is performed by AI, not by a licensed financial advisor.
  • The App may produce outputs that are inaccurate or incomplete.
  • The App may misinterpret data or generate biased or misleading content.

No Professional Advice: The output of the App does not constitute legal, accounting, financial, investment, or tax advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making business decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, tamper with, or misuse the App.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data provided to the App.

5. Data Privacy and Security

  • SuiteAnalyzer sends financial data to a third-party AI Web API in order to perform the analysis and generate insights.
  • All data sent to the AI service is transmitted securely and anonymously.
  • The third-party AI provider does not use the submitted data to train its language models or for any other purpose beyond fulfilling the analysis request.
  • We do not receive, store, or retain any of your financial data.
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your organization's data handling and privacy policies when using SuiteAnalyzer.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App, including its design, content, and software, are owned by SuiteStep, LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the App without our prior written consent.

7. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the method provided at the time of purchase.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or pose a legal or security risk.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

As-Is Basis: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

No Guarantee of Accuracy: We make no guarantees as to the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the prior 3 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App, reliance on its outputs, or breach of these Terms.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chesterfield County, Virginia, USA.
