Yes. SuiteAnalyzer uses a bring-your-own-API-key model. This means you’ll need an OpenAI account with API access. You enter your own API key into the app, and OpenAI bills you directly based on your usage.
Yes. Your NetSuite report data is sent securely and anonymously to OpenAI’s API for analysis. We do not store or transmit any of your financial data beyond what is needed for that specific request.

No. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models. Your data is used only to generate responses and is not retained or reused by OpenAI.
SuiteAnalyzer uses OpenAI's gpt-4o-mini, gpt-4o, and gpt-4.1 models - and it's entirely up to you as far as which one you want it to use.

No. SuiteAnalyzer works with the output of NetSuite reports. If you can run the report and copy or export it, you can analyze it in SuiteAnalyzer. No additional NetSuite licenses or permissions are required.
